James takes a hands-on approach to every booking, working directly with clients from the first consultation through the final song of the night. He is known for getting even the most reluctant guests onto the dance floor, and for treating every event, regardless of size, with the same level of preparation. He is a member of the National Association of Mobile Entertainers and continues to operate Blue Ox DJ as a family-owned business rooted in the Bemidji community.
